Privacy policy
Operator
runstack.ru and runstack.pro are operated by the owner of the RunStack service. For personal-data questions use feedback or the collaboration email in the footer (if set).
This text describes how data is actually processed in the current version of the service and is updated when that changes.
What we process
- Account: email, password hash, nickname (if set), role, email verification flag, session version.
- Waitlist and API requests: email, the domain you want watched, the options you picked and your comment.
- API keys: name, limits and usage counters; the key itself is stored only as a hash.
- Shared reports: a snapshot of a public-domain check result when you click "Share report". Kept for 30 days, not indexed by search engines.
- Donations: the name and comment you entered, amount and payment status. Card data is handled by the payment provider (YooKassa / YooMoney) and never reaches the site.
- Feedback: category, subject, description, sender email, the conversation.
- Technical logs: application events; emails in logs are replaced by a fingerprint.
- Cookies and analytics: necessary cookies for session and language; Yandex Metrika (and Google Analytics, if enabled) — anonymised visit statistics. Domains, IPs and request bodies you enter in the tools are never sent to analytics.
We do not ask for passport data, payment cards or phone numbers.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics is enabled on your first visit, and a banner tells you so. You can opt out at any time with "Opt out of analytics" in the banner or the Cookies link in the footer. After opting out the counters are not loaded and their cookies are removed. You can also block cookies in your browser.
Purposes
- registration, sign-in and session security;
- running the tools, API, Telegram bot and shared reports;
- telling people who signed up when new features launch;
- answering requests and accepting voluntary donations;
- improving the service from anonymised statistics;
- complying with lawful requests from authorities.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active. Waitlist entries — until the feature launches or you ask us to delete them. Shared reports are deleted after 30 days. Technical logs are rotated; database backups are kept for 14 days. To delete or correct data, write via feedback from the same email.
Third parties
- hosting and infrastructure running the site (Russia);
- the SMTP provider — for confirmation emails and replies;
- the payment provider — when you donate;
- Yandex (Yandex Metrika) and Google (Google Analytics, if enabled) — anonymised statistics unless you opt out;
- service notifications to the operator about sign-ups, email confirmations, donations and requests (including the email given) are delivered to the operator's private Telegram chat.
Integration secrets stay on the server and never reach the public frontend.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and opt out of analytics (cookie banner / Cookies link in the footer / browser settings).
